◆ Berlin
I take ambiguous problems from discovery to working prototype, using Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, OpenAI Agents, and Figma — and the conversation skills to translate between customers and engineers on the same call.

01 — About
A product builder focused on AI-first solutions, automation systems, and MVPs that believes the best products are built iteratively — starting with a real problem, shipping fast, and improving based on feedback.
Over the last decade, I've worked across customer operations, enterprise SaaS, and product delivery. I started behind the customer at Zalando, along with running my own catering business. From there moved into EdTech and enterprise account management at Le Wagon and Uberall, and now ship products directly. Most recently, an AI travel concierge for Aria Hotels that placed 1st out of 5 teams, a Claude-Code-built story discovery layer, two solo AI builds, and an automation roadmap saving an affiliate marketing team roughly 3.5 hours per employee each week.
My work today spans AI copilots, workflow automations, and lean SaaS tools built with modern AI and low-code systems. I'm most interested in building practical AI products that reduce friction, create leverage, and actually get used.
Bias to shipping over polishing decks. AI is infrastructure, not novelty.
03 — How I work
◆Listen first, ship fast.
Discovery before design.
◆AI is infrastructure, not novelty.
Cursor and Claude Code are how I move from idea to working software.
◆Talk to users in plain English. Talk to engineers in code.
Translate between the two on the same call.
◆Working prototype beats polished deck.
Always.
◆Quality bars are non-negotiable.
Fast doesn't mean sloppy.
